HOT-ROX Timing

alright guys i train in the morning right after i get up, and was wonering if its a good idea to have it at this time or later on in the day, as im going to increase my metaboilsm during the workout anyway? also this is the only real time that i might have a empty stomach as i eat every 3 hours!

When I use HOT-ROX, I have a dose before breakfast, and again about an hour before I train in the afternoon/early evening. I will note that if I havent used HOT-ROX in a while, I have to start with 1 cap at a time for a week until I re-get used to it. SOmetimes I even have to take it AFTER I eat for a couple of days to avoid the cold sweaty/nasea that sometimes happens. Still, I love 'em! -lol
