The plan below is appropriate for a 200?220 lb man.

Breakfast, 7?8 a.m.

4 egg whites

4 slices lean turkey bacon

2 Omega 3 Tabs

1 Multi Vit

No trans fats sprays for pan

Mid-morning, 9?10 a.m.

1 scoop 100% EAS WHEY

Morning snack, 11?12 p.m.

? cup deluxe mixed nuts

Lunch, 1?2 p.m.

8?10 oz 90% lean ground beef or steak

2 cups green vegetables

1 apple

Mid-afternoon, 3?4 p.m.

Cottage Cheese

1 Orange

30 minutes prior to training

2 scoops 100% Whey

2 Scoops of Vasocharge

3 Scoops of Xtend

Immediately after training

2 scoops 100% WHEY

3 Scoops of Xtend

Dinner within 1 hour of training

8?10 oz fish or seafood

1?2 cups brown rice or 1?2 sweet potatoes (only on days following training)

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

2 Omega 3 Tabs

Late Night Snack:

Cottage Cheese

1 Multi Vit Tab

Protein Shakes Consist of:
Protein
Stawberrys, Bananna, or Mixed Fruit
Milk or Orange Juice

What do you guys think? I was alo thinking on getting HOT-ROX but not sure when to take them…

It all depends on what your goals are…HOT-ROX on a empty stomach twice a day…i usually take mine before my morning cardio and at about 3-4…i can’t sleep if I take it past 5

I take mine as soon as I wake up around 5 am and then again at 11.45. Both times I take it on an empty stomach
