HOT-ROX Extreme?

Hi

Im slightly overweight, maybe 1-2 stone (14-20 lbs).

I am planning to use HOT-ROX Extreme and join a gym and I have already started the ‘T-dawg diet’ (high protein, low carb).

Firstly would the HOT-ROX be suitable for losing weight or is it purely for bodybuilders who are just trying to lose that little bit of fat left.

And lastly if it is suitable how long should i go on it for?

It’s suitable.

If you just changed up your nutrition and are getting into the gym, you should be able to see noticeable changes anyway.

Using HRX would probably speed up your progress and give you extra energy. I haven’t used it yet, but I sure want to give it a try!
