HOT-ROX Experiences

Tell me about your experiences with HOT-ROX and how you use it/or what your cycle of usage is like. Does it really do more than interval/intense cardio training for burning fat? What is the best way to use it?

Is it best to use it in conjunction with intense cardio or slower, longer training?

I was wondering the same thing, I am thinking about purchasing the HOT-ROX Extreme, I have about 16% body fat, and I cant seem to loose some of it from just working out and doing cardio. I would like to hear about some of the results before I purchase this! Thank you!
