Are these two supplements safe to use together? And if not, why aren’t they? I’d like to know before I get started on a program.
Thanks in advance

Doesn’t Hot-Rox already contain acytl-L-tyrosine?
Jason, acetyl L-Carnitine is different than regular L-Carnitine. The former is use more for cognitive enhancement, as it crosses the blood brain barrier. Regular L-Carnitine does not.
If your reason for taking it is fat loss, I’d recommend that you go with Hot Rox by itself and save the money on acetyl L-Carnitine. Most people who eat red meat get all the carnitine their body requires. Supplementing if you’re getting all your body needs provides no added benefit. The only thing it will lighten is your pockets.
