I understand the reluctance most here have. Not many here are planning on using their bodies to make money like I am. The gym and beach is where it stops. It isn’t justifiable if looking good is the only goal and that’s where the inner struggle comes from.

Easy decision for me though once I found a source I could trust.

I usually end up being on the gym floor for 50 minutes or in the “less than an hour” ballpark. Tonight went like this

20 minutes working chest
25 working Traps
10 working Biceps
