How can you tell if low levels of T or high levels of Estrogen are effecting your fat loss?

How’s your sex drive? How’s the quality of your sleep? If you feel limp, and are sleeping poorly, and you notice you get fat really easy, then yeah, your T levels are diminishing.
My sex drive is on the low side, but that always seems to happen when I diet and use therms. How can I raise T without long term use of supplements, I notice a difference when on andro or tribex but don’t want to stay on longer than a month.
