I wasn't sure where to post this question, so I thought I would start here. I have been feeling pretty run down for quite sometime and was considering having my hormonal profile tested, i.e., Estradiol, Progestoreone, Testosterone, DHEA-S, and morning/evening Cortisol. Does anyone have an at-home hormone testing kit they would recommend or should I just go to the doctor? I found a company online callled ZRT Laboratory that appears to be reputable. Has anyone used this company? Thanks in advance.
I would just go to a doc, If you have health insurance a full test isnt going to cost that much.
Im not over 35, but I do full bloodwork before and after cycles.
