Howdy all I’d appreciate some input on this question i’ve been wondering about for quite some time.
I’ve never been to keen on doing seated cable rows for back because I don’t usually feel like its very effective compared to other exercises but i kept it in my routine just cuz it seemed to cover a horizontal pulling action like nothing else. Now the machine is busted at my gym and I’m afraid if I don’t replace it with something similar I won’t be getting proper horizontal pulls for my shoulders.
Anyone know of alternatives or think that other back exercises are adequate enough? I also do pull-ups and bentover barbell rows but these arent quite the same angle as cable rows.
