wow dude, easy easy pull. I have to say, a bicep tear is probably my worst fear haha, and watching the video of your injury traumatized me for a couple months. But it’s great to see you come back so strong, great work. Keep at it, you’re inspiring and very fun to follow.
This was a great session! It was my first time using a straight bar since surgery ~4 months ago. I definitely had a couple reps in the tank with the last 2 sets but decided to stick to the plan this week and repeat the session next week adding 5% to all lifts. I’ll let you know how it goes!
Good Friggin Lord!! Do you do this in every forum you sign up on??

Greetings for Justin Randall from Serbia. This forum is getting better and better, first Chris Hickson and now you. Some big names from powerlifting world are on this forum.
Good work.
I’m dealing with the same issue as you- full distal bicep tendon tear which I had repaired in March. So far recovery has been going well but I’m not handling as much weight as you are.
Good luck with your recovery-keep killin it!

Man sorry to hear that. It was by far the most painful recovery I’ve ever gone through. Glad to hear you’re on the mend!!
