Add the baked potato amount of carbs per day?
yes, every day
Thanks!
I’ve made some progress…

Congratulations on your progress!
You look good. The only comment I’d make is that your chest development seems to be lagging compared to your arms.
You have some decent arms, but we have got to fix your posing. There is a very easy fix that would greatly improve your front double biceps pose:
Never, never, never do the front double biceps (or back double biceps) where your elbows are lower than you shoulder. Your right arm is in a good position, but your left arm has the elbow lower than your shoulder. It makes everything in that area look smaller than it is. (Learning how to spread your lats while doing those double biceps poses is a bigger challenge that is very difficult to teach via text, but you can feel it when you do it.)
From my experience, those with nice arms usually have nice deltoids too. And you do. Those are two much sought after goals.
Many times those with nice arms are also gifted with the ability to build their thighs. IMO, put some prioritization on legs. They would be a nice complement to those arms.
Definitely looking improved! Although it looks like you struggle with Mind muscle connection in your chest and lats-would you say that’s accurate?
I don’t know if I’d agree on chest, but lats, definitely! Any tips?
And do you mean while flexing posing or doing the actual chest/lat exercises?
You may have to improve scapular mobility if your lats are “stuck”. I’ll send a video on improving scapular mobility and one on lat activation.
Hats off to you!
You are indeed lean, fit and muscular, which is great! It’s obvious you may have gained some pounds over time, though you may have pumped up for these pics. Question is where you’re taking your physique next? Are you also significantly stronger?
Are you missing something in your general day-to-day self care? Despite some great development you look slightly anemic somehow. Are you getting good micros/sleep? Somehow you look like an old person in good condition. If there’s any general stuff that’s missing it might lead to this sort of look
I don’t follow. You say I look old? How old? Can you please elaborate further?
Yeah I don’t mean this to sound hurtful btw, this is just what stuck out to me and it can often be remedied pretty easily. You look tired and your skin has a pallor to it that suggests you might not be operating at 100%. Maybe it’s bad lighting or dehydration but this could be an opportunity to examine if your diet/sleep/stress are optimized. Do you think they are?
Not sure why he’s getting at. You look great. Nice conditioning which gives your skin a grainy look. I’m jelly.
