A lot more stats are needed.
How old are you?
What are your lifts?
Anyway, you’re a tad to brown methinks.
I really don’t mean to be an asshole - serious question. Why do things like age or lifts matter in judging someone’s physique?
because we need it to give them serious recommendations to bring up weak points in the future.
Really does look like the head is photoshopped though…

You need serious size, while you’ve done a great job on getting lean, your head is way too big for your body.
Lower back looks very odd compared to the rest of your back.

um, constructive criticism?
Not much a guy can do about head size except bulk up his delts and back.

Looking solid and good attitude.
Keep it up!
Tremendous improvements. Fantastic job.
Well done taking that initial negativity and using it as motivation. Clearly a huge difference in your physique. Keep up the good work!! : )

Well, to be honest it’s just a point of reference. If he was 19 vs. 24 the advice and critique would be a little different. Also, your lifts can speak worlds about what body parts are actually lagging. If he could bench 300, and only squat 200, that would be a lot more telling than a photograph.
What does age have to do with anything? If your training for size, power, etc… there are certain ways to train. Age has no relevance at all with regards to that. A 75 yr old would need to train the same way as a 25 yr old, if he want to get bigger. People need to stop giving age power over you. age exists solely within your own mind, no place else.
So physiology doesn’t play a role in age?

Not nearly as much as we think it does. If people grew up and lived in a society were it was taught that age is irrelevant to anything. we age, cause we believe and have been conditioned for thousands of years that we have to age.
What if we were taught that age is merely a number and we only age if we allow ourselves to age. I feel that sort of mind set would be seeing people live farrrrrr longer than they do now. there will be a day where people live in the hundreds.

Listen to him…he’s knows because his soul is over 300 years old…much like his avatar!

so much improvement from the first page! nice work man keep it up, post some full shots before/after the contest if ya can.
Barring the idiotic comments, this is a pretty good RMP. Poster comes in, looking small, yet cut. Gets feedback, comes back after a couple years and posts some great progress pics. Good job OP!
