Honest Feedback on 2nd Cycle

Hey guys, I wanted to get feedback and opinions on my cycle plans coming up. I think I’m on the right track, but want to get more input.

Currently
47, 48 in Feb, 5’7", 165lbs@ approximately 11%BF. Visible muscle cuts all through the abs and ribs, double cuts at the hips. Decent vascularity throughout chest/shoulders/arms at rest. On TRT since June of 23. Test C @200wk. Deca @100wk.

Test C @ 450 a week first cycle.
Deca @ 200 a week first cycle.
Ran first cycle in 20 years for 10 weeks Aug to Oct. Put on 10 lbs of solid muscle in 6 weeks time. Force feeding to make sure I had enough clean calories to build was pretty hard. Got very sick with the flu the last 4 Weeks. Stagnated bad once I got sick as I was unable to keep much food down.

Thoughts on next Bulk and cut cycle are welcome.
Blood test due for doctor 12-1-23.

12 week Bulk 12-4-23 / 3-1-24
600mg of Testosterone E.
300mg of Deca.

Peptides / HGH during bulk
BP - 157 5mg per week for 12 weeks
TB-500 5mg per week for 12 weeks
HGH 2UI per day for first month =12UI per week. First 4 weeks. 6 days week.
HGH 4UI per day for second month =24UI per week. Second 4 weeks. 6 days week.
HGH 6UI per day for third month =36UI per week. Last 4 weeks. 6 days week.

10 week Cut 3-4-24 / 5-10-24
100mg Testosterone P.
100mg Tren A.
100mg Masterone
Long Cut 300. Combo of the 3 listed.
HGH 6UI per day for rest of year =36UI per week. 6 days week.

Blood test due for doc first week of June.

Want to consider these compounds, but when to run?
Thinking more during the cutting cycle due to the Tren.
Cardarine @20mg a day for 60 - endurance / cardio
Ligandrol @12mg a day for 60
Ostarine @25mg a day for 60

First, Nandrolone (Deca) is not part of TRT, once you start adding that TRT is out the window. Curious why you are on TRT if you’re going to run constant cycles? Seems like a waste of money. Just some perspective.

Have you considered giving TRT more time to work its magic? I wish I had now that I have hindsight. I am able to maintain 190-200lbs lean at 5’7" (same height as you) with just TRT. Yeah its a longer game but responsible TRT is safe / healthy. Just more thoughts.

Why are you running these? Do you have injuries you are nursing?

There is not point in running SARMs with this. What you have listed with anabolics is plenty and SARMS do not have a proven track record nor side effect history. I would strike them out.

The BPC-157 and TB-500 are for a shoulder and lower back injury that have nagged me for a more than a few years. I know a couple of guys on these 2 compounds and they have had fantastic results according to them. One of them was able to avoid surgery on his shoulder that would have put him out for months.

The Deca was prescribed for shoulder joint pain originally by the TRT doc. It’s worked quite well for me to this point, but I would rather have a more permanent solution that doesn’t involve surgery. If the Peptides work like I hope, the Deca will be eliminated.

The sarms were the wild card in this that I wasn’t real sure about. This particular stack is what I tried about 5 years ago, before I ever considered any kind of anabolics. The Cardarine was the only thing that I know for sure that worked well, but it could have been the combination of all 3 compounds. I do know my endurance and cardio went through the roof while on it. Point taken on it being a waste of time and money. Thank you.

As for the cycling, I don’t intend on cycling forever for sure. Once I hit my goal I will be maintaining and grinding. 180-185@8%BF is the end goal. Can I get there on just a TRT dose, most likely, it’s just a slightly longer path for sure. Your feedback is making me reconsider the cycle now as it sounds like you somewhat regret not taking the longer path?

Don’t get me wrong, I’m in the best shape of my life, but the desire to “get better” does get in the way. Feedback from others and their experiences helps temper expectations. We all need a reality check at times. Thanks.

I do but that’s just my personal opinion. I’m not trying to be a hypocrite. Some folks don’t get major side effects but I did constantly and it was always a struggle. I was up to 215 at my biggest but I also had a bit more BF. My reason for mentioning it mostly is that at some point the cycling / blasts are going to push you past where you can maintain off cycle. At that point it’s just rented muscle unless you want to continue jeopardizing your health. Make sense?

The rest of your response is sound. The peptides are for injuries so that makes sense. I wouldn’t personally take the SARMs. What you have proposed should be enough for your goals and largely more effective anyway.

Your response make perfect sense. I want to optimize nothing more. If my genetics allow 200lbs, then so be it. I know what my low end weight is, it’s 152. I can go lower, but I look sickly. I’d like to find the high end and just maintain. I don’t think I’m far off in my estimate of 185.

I have no interest in competing and I actually want to drop the TRT to the lowest dose that is effective once I find equilibrium. Cycles past that make no sense in my opinion.
