Hitting Delts Without Traps

I’ve fucked up my traps recently but I would really prefer not losing too much delt strength while I recover. Is it even possible to hit my delts (front and medial) without any trap activation at all?

Also has anyone else pulled their traps before? How long did it take to heal?

I appreciate it.
