haha ok…you had me worried I did something wrong.

Schulace-you need to be EATING at least 6 times a day consuming about 2500-3000 cal/day, and trying to take in aroun 1.5grams of protien /lb bodyweight if your going to see any gains. If you cannot achieve these by whole foods then you will have to suppliment them.

thanks for the advice I have been eating alot…but I feel like I can prob eat more.

Would a good meal replacement be to make a shake with grow protien, banana, peanut butter? or something like that.

I like mixing whey, cottage cheese and some natural PB

what you need to do is sit down with your laptop and make a good menu for every meal for one full week, 7 days, go to a calorie counting website that will calculate everything you need to know, (calorie-protein- carbohydrates) and stick with it.
