The Glycine is something I added myself.
This is actually the diet that CT wrote for Bartl’s Physique Clinic.
When I first joined here, someone recommended I read Bartl’s physique clinic, it was really inspirational.
I actually went through every post in the whole thing and extracted the exact diet and training that CT outlined for Bartl. And I mean everything. Each phase of the diet, how long each phase lasted, all the tweaks and supplementation along the way and the training. I know it sounds a little sad, but I was determined to get it right.
It worked really well for me when I did it the first time, I lost 14kg of fat and got a hell of a lot stronger.
I started it again, on Dec 4th '08, and just started Phase 2 of the diet on Monday 5th Jan, and the Destroying Fat program. This time round I’m going for about 10kg fat loss.

For Breakfast it says:
07:00 - 3-4 eggs, 1 cup celery, 1 Tbsp healthy fats, 5g Glycine, 4 Flameout.
Is that 3-4 WHOLE eggs? (yolks and all?) or 3-4 Egg whites?

Personally I don’t bother with just using egg whites, waste of perfectly good protein and fat.
Whole eggs dude, no pussying around here, you need the fat, when you become fat adapted, it will be your primary source of energy.
