Hip Alignment

How can I find out if my hip is tilted or moved forward, backward. Or anything like that.

One of my legs seems to be longer than the other, but a doctor told me that it could be my hip is tilted. How can i make sure I am good in that area.

Are there certain stretches, and certain excersizes I should be doing beyond squat/deadlift? I am a newbie obviously… but i need help with this so i can run comfortably

Maybe my knee problems are a hip problem in disguise

See a chiropractor. Ignore the bad reputation they have. I’m a triathlete and a chiropractor saved my athletic career.

good luck!

well i have seen one before, he hasnt mentioned anything about my hip, but i can ask
