I have decided on HIIT 3x a week and 20 mins of low intensity cardio after lifting but before post workout shake. I lift 3x a week full body. I am taking in 1800-2000 cals with 2 pills of HRX a day because of my low tolerance for stimulants. I weigh 195 at 16% bf.
My question is do you guys think Im doing too much HIIT on such a low calorie intake? Would I be better off doing some pre breakfast low intensity cardio instead?
