High Volume Workouts

I did OVT and I had amazing results. Now I’ve done TBT for 8 weeks and my results paled in comparison to OVT.

I want a workout like OVT, but more frequent than 4 days a week because I don’t really have 1.5-2 hrs a day to devote to the gym…I searched the forums and couldn’t really find anything.

I’d prefer 5-6 days a week if that meant the workouts were anywhere from 45 min to 1 hr 15 min. Any suggestions for workouts similar to OVT?

i did check that but they emphasize a certain muscle rather than the whole body…its not a very balanced workout, while a program like OVT is very balanced, but i guess i can keep digging…
