Nope. I tell them “drugs are bad, mmkay?” But when my wrestlers ask me where they can go to learn more, I tell the ones that can actually read to go to www.T-Nation.com. That pretty much takes care of it ![]()

Of course carbs can be turned into fat, this is done by insulin because glucose, fructose and galactose are all too large to pass across a cell membrane.
