nah I’ve been 200ish +/-5 lbs but then let myself slip. I think 220 was at the end of the day and with a huge bloat so I don’t think in the end I’ll claim to have lost that much haha. Now I am going to get shreddded and then slowly increase calories

I was feeling beat up, so I’m giving the the 5/3/1 Frequency program 2.0 a try. It’s similar to the first but with more benching
which is the only thing the first program lacked.

Conventional pulls felt pretty good for once. I took a wider grip and dipped down fast before pulling. I’m not sure if wearing oly shoes made much of a difference either way
