High E2 or Not

I’m going to speak to my GP tomorrow and be transparent that I’m doing steroids and I need to do blood works. Let see how that goes but in the mean time.

Last few days I’ve not be able to sleep. I mean staring at ceilings and feeling normal but just not been able to sleep. When I do fall asleep I sleep for 4 hours and feel fine. Dick is working also.

When I wasn’t doing steroids this would leave me feeling like a zombie all day and an early night to recuperate.

When I couldn’t sleep I read, it could be high E2. So I popped 1mg armidiex and in an hour bang I was out like a light. This morning I still feel a bit tired but I think it’s cause I haven’t slept well in days. I don’t have any other symptoms. Generally I feel excellent.

My cycle. Test 500 / primo 400. I pin three times a week. I’m currently week 3.

Is this high E2? Very much looks like it. Would like someone with way more experience to confirm.

It could be a host of things, from estrogen that you mention to not enough carbs/calories in your diet which can shift the peak time of your cortisol levels. You won’t know until you check your blood work. It’s a good idea coming clean with your doctor.

If you’re not testing, you’re guessing. You could be treating fluid retention and dropping your estrogen caused loss of fluid, similar to taking a water pill.
