Bloods Looking Very Strange

Can anyone explain why this is happening? My Total Test skyrockets with really modest E3D protocols of Test Enanthate (60mg) and HCG (250IU 3 times a week).

You can see my before (6 months complete abstinence from any exogenous Test) and after.

By the way I felt like shit taking nothing. Zero energy no libido - classic low T.

Why is this a bad thing?

That is a big problem on the internet when we just google symptoms.
There are many people who are just less sexual naturally. And there are people who just live shit lifestyle or are lazy to begin with. Its just that nowdays its hard to tell. Some 100 years back youd work 16 hours at a factory and be destroyed every day, youd never be able to know if you are a person with high energy or low.

There are people who are completely healthy and normal, but they are sexual, active, motivated. And there are normal, healthy people who just tend to be lazier, less driven, less sexual. Its not all about the T. Injecting something will not change who you are in a major way.
Most people starting TRT are dissapointed because they expected a personality change. T cant give you what you didnt have in the first place.

Yes, there are cases when low T is the reason. But in most cases people have just googled symptoms, got some bad bloodwork and now believe that upping ONE out of thousand hormones will change their lives.
Your T wasnt low to begin with. It was in the normal range which means MOST of the test benefits were there naturally.

I get what you’re saying but it has worked so well for me before with reducing anxiety and low mood. Libido boost was a welcome bonus - it improved my quality of life.

The skyrocketing TT could be a problem if it aromatises at a similar rate? But just concerned that this didn’t happen when I first took Test at 38 years old. I’m 43 now and something is different about how my body is responding to it.

Is 250iu HCG 3 times a week ok?

So you are on trt all this time and now, for the first time it skyrockets like this? Why? What does the doctor say? Did they prescribe you a different brand? How is that possible?

HCG is taken when needed. Not “x times a week”. On trt it is actually not even needed. If your balls shrink a bit and you dont like it, for personal preference then you can take a dose exactly when that happens. For me its once every 2-3 weeks or so.

I took a long break to give my body a rest. It was really tough and I felt 80 years old.

I’m sourcing my own gear and using the E3D protocol on Test E. Having bloods but not paying for a TRT doc.

This is happening on E3D and I have no idea why or how that even happens.

But noted what you say about HCG I’ll use it more judiciously.

You don’t ever “rest” from trt. If it worked before you shoudve just sticked to it. Throwing your body into a hormonal abyss is not rest, its a hell. Now after this hormonal clusterfuck nothing will work as it used to.

Anyways, if you feel bad e3d and you inject e3d, try injecting less often or more frequent.

Yeah I’m going to half it so it’s more of a microdose, like 10mg 3 times a week. Hopefully that’ll stabilise me somewhere below 30pmol/L. 45 is insane like you say how is that even physically possible.

Could it be testing error? I have seen my numbers being all over the place also.

Anyways, more test should usually mean more libido and stuff. Thats why people take up to 2 grams of it.

No I don’t think it is and I was starting to feel the negative sides of high estrogen. I have one pill of ADEX left and I took half and feel moderately better. I have letraxole but that feels so harsh. I’ve ordered aromasin. Too much test doesn’t make me feel good, I just get prickly heat and high E2. My body fat is a bit high I haven’t had time to exercise maybe that’s a factor.

High test means high e2. Its not necessarily a problem. What does your e2 looks like?

It’s in range in last week’s test but subjectively feel as though it’s rising and objectively it can’t not with TT like that. And I felt better with .5 ADEX. I’m getting weekly blood tests if possible now so I’ll report back. I’m going to work on reducing my visceral fat because that’s a big engine of aromatase I gather.
