Do I have high e2?

So I been taking testosterone for almost 2 years now the highest dose I ever went was 250mg of test e, and usually when I cruise I go down to 175-150mg. I noticed that my nipples look bigger than usual and are sensitive sometimes. I do have some belly fat as well and I feel like my face is puffy but the weird thing is I usually always have morning wood and have no problems getting an erection. Is this considered high e2? I ordered aromasin just in case. Yes I know I should get bloods done my appointment is at the end of the month any advice would be great thanks.

Testosterone increases aldosterone produced in adrenal glands, similar to Cushing disease, an increase in all steroid hormones, which tells the kidneys to absorb more sodium-> more water.

This effect on aldosterone is most noticeable after dosing changes.

If your testosterone is high, your estrogen is expected to be high also. If your T:E2 ratios are off, too low, the opposite of estrogen dominance, or too high, in relation to testosterone, you may have symptoms.

A lot of men are taking AI’s to combat testosterones influence on sodium reabsorption (fluid retention) and NOT high estrogen. Make no mistake, fluid retention, independent of high estrogen, can absolutely cause anxiety and ED, often mistaken for high estrogen.

Theses normal ranges for estrogen are for men NOT on TRT.

Our study did not link high estradiol levels with diminished sexual performance. Paradoxically, patients with low estradiol below 42.6 pg/ml had more patients complaining of low libido as defined by ICD-9 of 799.81 in the problem list. Patients with higher estradiol levels above 42.6 pg/ml had less sexual dysfunction problems identified by their providers.

Blood work is the only thing that can confirm high (or low) e2.

Exactly… tell me if I’m smiling or not. How would you know? Do you feel like I’m smiling? OP, catch the drift?
