Look, if I wanted a bitch, I’d go to the fuckin District and get one. So stop whining through your goddamn nose at me, and quit being a typical Internet flame-throwin fuckin’ knowitall. Be useful.
Moving past that…
I understand that my diet isn’t ideal. There are two factors: I’m a college student at an expensive University, and I have an apartment.
These two things mean that not only do I have no money (at all times), I also don’t have alot of time.
As for diet consultation, I have a friend who is an ex-competitor (he’s in his late 30’s), and we talk all the time. I get what I can through the school cafeteria and the school equivalent of a grocery store, since all of that is paid for using dining points.
My diet consists of getting protein in every meal. If that means I’m eating a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, so be it. My diet targets as much protein as I can get, “good” carbs where possible, and low sugar. I don’t drink anything except water, milk, and some coffee. No sodas, no juices.
So, yeah, my diet isn’t ideal. But it’s a hell of alot better than most people who come looking for help, especially on T-Nation. They come in at 250 lbs of solid fat, saying “my diet is good, I only drink a 6 pack of beer a night, and eat things like pizza and mangina for protein”.
Give me a break, and give me some useful information.
As a summary, look at my previous posts, but if you want to critique my diet, don’t whine about how it “sucks”, but give me some suggestions that actually apply to the poor college student situation.

As many will attest, I have been more than helpfull to people on here, and the advice I gave you, although you may not have liked it, was golden.
nobody owes you any information at all, and the fact that you have display an inherrent laziness to do any research yourself warrents fully the responces you have recieved. I will elaborate more:
Your diet sucks. You arn’t building any muscle. What makes you think you will gain anything with steroids other then some water retention? Keep this analogy in mind: It doesn’t matter how many workers you employ, if you do not have any brick to build the walls with, your building will not go up.
Same with AAS. If you lack the excess protein to build muscle with, it doesn’t matter how much AAS or GH you do, your gains will be minimal.
Save your money and buy food instead of AAS.
I can’t understand why so many of you boys on here are trying the shortcut method to be men before your time.
You want the cheap fix, and are not prepared to put any work into it, and your uneducated, unresearched questions you posted up speaks volumes.
Read up. AAS is definitely NOT recommended by anyone at your age. And never mind that. Who’s to say that all your epiphyseal plates have closed yet, and you want to mess around with HGH??? You don’t even know it’s mechanism of action or it’s side effects, yet you are wondering how much it costs. This comming from someone who eats peanutbutter and jelly and thinks it is in someway helpfull.
Well, hear are some low cost lean protein alternatives:
Cottage cheese dry curd.
Egg whites
Tuna
a big box of frozen chicken breasts (bulk)
eye of round steak
lean ground beef (drain the extra fat)
There are lots of cheap sources of lean protein out there… and you thought that peanut butter was a viable protein source for a bodybuilder?
I am sorry if I come across coarse, however I want you to know that someone such as yourself post the same post about every three weeks on here. My frustration is that none of you underaged bodybuilders every read each other’s posts, because if you did, you wouldn’t be asking such repetitive questions.
