Alright, that’s it. Which one of you fuckers swiped Julia and replaced her with a troll?

Except that I’ve already seen every Star Trek episode. I need something new every once in a while.

Hell, even I get tired of watching Star Wars from time to time…

We watch it all. Daily. My dog is named Kira Nerys. My son has a stuffed Targ, my daughter a teddy bear dressed as a captain (TNG uniform), and both kids have Captain’s shirts (TNG, again). My husband has a communicator.

We like it all.

WoW trolls suck too, except for the dance, that thing rocks.

Eventually do you think the poilitician will use the skills of the ex-hubby with shadow cat abilitites to get the tape back? I’m terrible with names in this series, sorry.[/quote]

1st, to clear things up;

“Politician” = Nathan Petrelli
“ex-hubby with shadow cat abilitites” = D.L. Hawkins

2nd, IMO, no. Seems too petty for a ‘Hero’ and this may be over pragmatic, but I wouldn’t be down with helping a politician steal back a tape of him having sex with my wife. I think Nate is a prototypical Ebenezer Scrooge character, maybe a Hiro from the past, present, and future have yet to pay him a visit?

Hiro from the future won’t visit anyone else because they would be frozen in time just like your average person. He could only visit peter or himself, he didn’t visit himself because of the whole paradox deal, so that left him with peter. Why peter? because peter absorbs the power of those around him, making him immune to that mutants power. At least thats my theory. What I want to know is why Nikkis alternate wants D.L out of the picture so badly, why go to all the trouble? Maybe he wasn’t going to share the 2 million?

He needn’t freeze someone in the past in order to speak with them. Remember, he travelled to the future, walked, talked, interacted, stole a comic book and brought it back and he only seems to be more powerful in the future.

Good point but wouldn’t traveling into the past create a paradox just by the existence of 2 Hiros’ in the one time frame? Maybe stopping time would prevent that paradox from occurring because future Hiro wouldn’t actually be there for any time. I’m really not up on time travel, so I’m probably wrong.

NBC is gay

Good point. I was going to say the same thing as lucasa. I didn’t think of that at all.

Oh wait. I take it back. If he was able to jump forward in time and not stop time, his future self would have been there, somewhere unless he died before the time he jumped to (which I doubt).

Maybe he just didn’t want to see himself because he thought it would change too much, and he only stopped time to talk to that other guy so he could be sure nobody else would see him accidentally.

I just got a new theory about how saving the cheerleader could possibly lead to stopping a nuclear explosion in NY city (which had me scratching my head since they said it).

I’m betting someone (maybe her father) is going to sell her to the govt., or do experiments on her himself, and then the information about her will leak to other countries and they start a nuclear war over it.

Okay, a little far fetched, but they’re not giving us much to go on here.

Damn it! Just when I get a theory, they have a radioactive guy say something about not shooting him because he might explode. LOL

I think this is the most I’ve ever quoted myself in one day. I need a life…

Jeez, did anyone else see last night’s episode?

We know that Claire can be “killed” at least temporarily. We know that her body reacts to damage in the same way a normal person’s does, but regenerates at a freakish rate. What if someone has enough power to cause her more damage than she can regenerate? That might be the image of her bleeding on the ground.

The radioactive man is a possible candidate for that. That could trigger the events leading to the explosion.

Given the blood that spilled in the painting, though, I’m thinking of the “serial killer” who seems to have either some form of telekinesis or perhaps magnetic control (as we saw when he escaped from the cop and the FBI agent).

How his going after Claire could lead to an explosion, though, is beyond me. I’ve missed too much of the shows to put the pieces together.

oh man, you guys just got me hooked on this show. I just watched the last episode online and it was pretty good. After watching the 2 minutne recaps, it seems that monday’s episode sucked compared to the others.

Anyhow, at least the whole “save the cheerleader save the world thing isn’t driving me nuts anymore!”
