HEROES The Series! (*Spoilers*)

Maybe Peter and Nathan’s mom? There was that clip of their mother saying that she would not offer any “absolution” to Nathan and that it was his mess and she offers no consolation. She also does have the ability to dream the future. Then again, I could just be reading too deep into it.

And I never liked Micah either.

No Sylar! Any episode without Sylar automatically sucks!

Seriously though, it thought it was an okay episode. I don’t mind the flashback episodes. At least it gave a little insight as to how this got started and showed how HRG got involved. I’m curious to see more about how he and Angela are working together. Do you think they are secretly undermining Nathan’s plan?

It figures Daphne isn’t dead. Who didn’t see that coming?

Agreed. That’s why I didn’t even write about this episode. It wasn’t a bad episode, but it must have been a filler episode to give the actors a break. No Hiro, Claire, Ando, Tracy, or Sylar. But, again, the episode wasn’t horrible because, when they use him right, HRG can be a cool character, too.

I think it’s pretty obvious HRG has got something up his sleeve. I don’t know how Angela is involved.

Also, is anybody else sick of the painting the future gimmick. It works in some situations, but overall I don’t like it.

I’m also starting to get the feeling that everything in this season will be undone by time travel which bothers me. I just can’t see these writers building on the government and a whole lotta people knowing people with abilities exist. I’d rather see the Haitian come in clean everyone’s memory than time travel.

Actually, I’d rather the writers develop this concept further and have the Heroes live with people knowing they exist. I just don’t see them doing that.

Yes. It’s especially irritating since sometimes, I can’t even tell who are in the paintings and it never seems like the stuff in the paintings comes true all that often.

Regarding the time travel, that might be a possibility if they continue to make a story line about Hiro trying to get his powers back, but if he doesn’t get his powers back anytime soon, I’m not aware of anyone else capable of time travel.

This show is seriously starting to suck. Did anybody else think that last episode was completely lame?

Last night was just okay for me.

I could have done without any of the scenes that involved Claire and the kid with the stupid breathing under water power.

I’m glad Sylar finally ditched that kid. He was annoying me.

I’ve been noticing lately that instead of trying to pay attention to what’s going on in the show I make little games out of it … like last night I watched it at my sisters house and every time Peter would over-act we had to drink. Every time Matt mentioned Daphne we had to drink. Every time someone came up with a clever, funny quip about the show regarding one of the characters we had to drink. It was pretty fun.

So Peter flew while not having the ability, right? That seemed like the big take away from the episode.

Lots of shit should be cleared up next episode.

I’m not sure. I watched that scene back and paused it a few times and it looks like Nathan was holding Peter. It’s really hard to tell but the face and hair looked more like Nathan.

Plus, in the scene right after that, Peter touches Nathan to take his power and then flies off.

When they were talking in front of Mama Patrelli … Nathan mentioned having to save Peter again … I think … so I’m assuming Nathan saved Peter … again.

Bump for last night’s episode.

I actually didn’t mind this week’s episode. There at least felt like there was more going on and it wasn’t as boring as some of the episodes have been lately.

So Micah is Rebel. Who didn’t see that coming? At least his balls dropped.

So they killed off one of Ali Larter’s characters again. I guess they’ll need to find the another ‘twin’ to bring her back this time. Not sure why she had to freeze along with everyone else in the garage though. Aren’t you normally immune to your own power? I’m not sure that made sense to me.

So they rescue Daphne only to have her die in the hospital later in the same episode. What was the point of that?

Once Parkman’s baby established he could turn things on, you just knew he was going to be involved somehow in Hiro getting his powers back. I like that Hiro doesn’t have all of his powers back though.

I’m starting to like Ando though. At least he’s not afraid of using his power.

I liked last night’s episode.

I don’t get why they killed of Daphne because I liked her character.

So I am guessing the mom can only see the future just seconds before it happens. That just seems as if it would be irritating.

I also don’t know why Nikki froze! Why would she also turn to ice? Was she just giving up to give Micah a chance to escape? And I also think there will be another Ali Larter character. Have they shown who her parents are yet?

In season 3, I remember the doctor (the one Tracy visited) mentioning there were triplets so there has to be one more Ali Larter character.

I’m assuming Tracy froze because she was covered in water as well. It’s like Elle’s (Kristen Bell’s) powers: pour water on her and she would zap herself.

Do you think the baby will help Peter get back his original power instead of this 1-ability-at-a-time crap? It seems like Sylar is going to join forces with Denko (or however you spell that dude’s name) so we might need Peter to start kicking ass again.

Not a bad episode.

Micah seems like he could be tolerable now that he’s hit puberty.

I really hope we have a Peter ass-whipping coming up. He could be so bad ass if they would just unleash the character.

I kinda liked Daphne, but I don’t mind that she died. I think we’re going to have to have some deaths here and there to keep any real stories going.

Oh and I actually LOL’ed at Hiro pushing around Ando in the wheelbarrow.

Hiro and Ando are usually pretty good comic relief. I’m a fan of those two’s story line.

As far as the Ali Larter triplets: Micah’s mom’s (forget her name) alter ego was her twin sister who died when they were young … and then there was Nikki Strauss. I pray that they don’t bring her back as another character. Yea she’s nice to look at but I really can’t stand her as an actress. Maybe if they bring her back as a character who can’t talk, I might jump on board.

They do need to unleash Peter’s character especially if Sylar teams up with Denko. That’s a dangerous combination.

Man, Denko is such a snivling piece of crap.

Seems like he’s trying to cut a deal with Sylar for his life, you guys are right about that.

As soon as Matt told Daphne he could fly my roomate said, “aww dude he’s in her head…”

And when she flatlined I banged my fist on the coffee table and exclaimed “Damn this fucking show!”

But, can’t wait for next week, what can you do.

Yeah it was kinda F’d up how they killed Daphne off…why not just let her die from the beginning…I guess they needed a more climatic story to tell with her death.

Thats a crazy idea teaming Sylar with Denko…so stuff has to cahnge if people are going to survive that duo…like peter and hiro need there powers back and some real fighting nedds to happen

What I really don’t get is at the beginning of season 2 Matt Parkman tells Suresh he broke up with his wife because she was having his partner’s baby instead of his. So how is this Parkman’s baby suddenly? Unless they will say she lied to him about who is the parent? Instead of the doctor telling him?

Didn’t they already mention the first twin was killed by their father in the episode where her father comes by to visit? Which is why she developed MPD with the other triplet as one of her personas. Of course that doesn’t mean they won’t bring her back. Maybe she only thought she died.

These last couple episodes have been great. Family coming together, Sylar is now a baddddassss.

They were hurting for a little bit this season I felt like but everythings coming full circle I suppose.

K…how’d it end? I missed the last 20 minutes
