Hi guys… I’m 16 and I have an l4-l5 herniated disc… I’ve had this for about 10 months, since early april 06… I’ve started resistance band exercises to get back in shape… but I know for me to heal I have to get to the core of the matter…
For recovery I wear a traction belt, rub icy hot, have iced and heated quite a bit, have done hydro therapy, epidural injections, bed rest, chiropracting etc… but I know for me to almost fully get rid of the pain I need a good core strengthening stabilizing program…
Can anyone help me find one or put one together… as well as a training program that works around the pain… I have a swiss ball, resistance bands, and free weights
