So I was looking threw of different threads and saw someone mention this and that it was very effective for them. CT on the layers for this do you use the same lift variations with the prescribed weights in the Hepburn version or are they straight lifts unless otherwise noted?
Also in this post you said Hepburn would train each lift 2x using Hepburn progression. If someone were to use Hepburn progression on its on how would you program the lifts 2x weekly for each?
