My current goal is to lose bodyfat whilst maintaining lean body mass. I intend to periodize my diet as follows: -
2 week fat fast followed by 2 week T-Dawg followed by two weeks of eating for mass. Repeat cycle.
I will supplement with MD6, T2 (old formulas), Tribex and Vitex during the first four weeks (fat loss). I will use Androsol, Creatine and ZMA duing the two week mass phase.
As far as training goes, I intend using the 6-1 routine during the fat loss phase and GVT2000 for the mass phase.
Do you guys think I have this the right way around? All input is greatly apprciated.
Fundamentally I tink you have the idea, but if I were you i would go for a longer duration on the diet. I would allow 6 weeks for dropping weight, then trnansition into a mantainance phase then to a gaining phase. you hardly allow your body time to know what is going on and I am afraid it may equate to alot lost size and strength from the dramatic flip to fat fast. Give yourself a week to cut back a bit and clean up the diet before you plummet into such a brutal diet, you will find the results are most noticeable. Remember you want to preserve lean mass.
