heres the deal. i hv breakfast at 9 and lunch at 12ish. aftr this i hv class till 4pm and hit the gym at 430. i dont exactly think i can squeeze meal between school and gym. what ive been doin was taking 10g of bcaa with half scoop of protein aftr class then sip 15g of bcaa with 30g of gatorade right before workout lasting till d end then i would hv 1.5scoop of protein with added bcaa after WO then a P+c meal 1-2 hrs aftr. not sure how i can improve this, maybe some advice. i use this supps coz this all i have. im looking to gain muscle and lose a bit of fat. any help will be awesome thnx!
What you are currently doing is pretty ok in terms of peri-wo nutrition. Course you could improve it, but that is also a bit budget-dependent.
Number 1 choice would be the Anaconda Protocol.
If that’s too expensive I’d opt for 2 FINiBARS right after class. As soon as you have arrived at the gym, 5-10 minutes before you start your workout, mix 2-3 scoops of Surge Recovery with 1-1.5l of water, drink half of it before your workout (to spike insuline) and the rest of it during.
Them have 1-2 scoops of Grow! 60 minutes after your workout, followd by a solid meal 20-30 minutes later.
That’s not a complicated nor expensive peri-workout protocol and will work pretty well…
wish i could hehe… but im on a tight college budget and i live on the otherside of the world (asia), so products arent available to me. just trying to make use of what i can find over here…
