Periworkout Meals?

hey guys

minutes before my workout i have a Metabolic Drive bar and right after i will have a cliff bar. This is the easiest thing i came up with since i am always on campus and squeeze my workout between classes so i am literally speed walking to my classes.

I do make some meals but only the big ones, such as lunch and dinner if im on campus all day and night.

I also drink a gatorade during workout cause it keeps me energized.

Is this good or what should i replace and such. I do know about Surge and Beta-7 but i can only afford like whey and HOT-ROX for now.

-Ps im taking HOT-ROX Extreme but hmm doesnt make me feel anything anymore.

If you’ve read up on the articles and know why you’d want to do post workout nutrition, but can’t afford to, then do the best you can.

Chocolate milk is often mentioned as an alternative though suboptimal PWO drink. I think any “bar” will digest too slowly to be giving you the quick spike in insulin and aminos.

Also, a quick note, judging supplements by direct “feel” is generally not all that useful a criteria.
