Help with My PCT

I quote from what ive read from one of many threads about nolva + igf1-lr3:

"IGF-1 naturally occurring works it is how the body functions but using a synthetic version which is what this thread is about does not use the same pathways in matured adults (not developing in growth so not a child) in developing muscle cells as IGF-1 one does…

Nolvadex reduces IGF-1 by approx 25% so conversion to IGF-1 naturally is affected, now this will effect gains to a degree but it will not be noticeable in the big picture…

if you bring it down to the basics and look at the amount of weight/muscle it will effect is negligible you will cause more harm letting your estrogen levels run amok and get gyno than you will benefit from 25% more IGF-1 when the overall amount is small…"

yeah, it’s a catch 22. i would mention again that Raloxifene and Aromasin have next to no affect on IGF-1 levels, so that m ight be an option for you down the road…

I prefer clomid over Nolva personally, but if I had to choose I would use both in my PCT.
Ya, a PCT should include both. It’s best to run the clomid solo for 3 weeks or so then add the nolva.

Again, there’s science behind this but I’m too lazy to link it.

Just trust your old pal Yogi!
dude, you gotta post this link.

i have never seen a logical reason behind this…

I tried to post to a link on another forum but the mods deleted it.

just post the link to the study, and i can extrapolate it…
It’s a whole big right up though and it’s another guy’s intellectual property. Also the forum it’s on takes itself pretty seriously and gets a bit arsey about people cutting and pasting from it.

Google Datbtrue and see what comes up
i think i got banned from over there…

i went on a bit of a tirade a while back on several sites, with disastrous results…

Yeah i would love to get a hand of Raloxifene and aromasin but where i live its kinda hard especially to get raloxifene, but aromasin is possible!

cyco, if i find some raloxifene can i switch to that instead of nolva then in the middle of my pct cycle ?

thanks

well, you could, but i don’t know how much it will matter…

Nolva is far more effective at raising test, and also has a half-life of about a week, whereas Ralox has a half-life of around a day.

even if you switched from Nolva to Ralox, you’re gonna have a couple weeks were IGF-1 production would be compromised…
