Help With My Health

This is a little embarrassing to ask because I am a trainer but right now I don’t know what to do.

What would you recommend for someone that is a beginner and really weak. Actually I am not a beginner but I am weak right now. You see because of various reasons (namely stress) I have been pretty sick for almost 6 to 8 month, not training, eating 2 maximum 3 meals a day and I am looking to get back in the game. Problem is to me now doing 15 push-up is now hard. My cardio is completely off, plus right now I have a new born baby so my sleeping schedule is all mess up.

I’m a bit embarrassed to say all this and ask for help on training because like I said I am a trainer but to tell you the truth I never had a client that mess up  It’s like the task is to big and I don’t know where to start.

Also I am a bit afraid because 2 or 3 months ago I started training again and my health kind of went down a bit so I guess that I’m afraid it will go down again.

Right now I weight 177 lbs I think I have about 20 to 25% fat. I am also the type of guy that burn carb easily. I can eat cake, pasta, crackers and won’t gain weight, you can’t see my abs but I will never gain something like 30 lbs of fat easily. Also I am never been that good with nutrition I know the basics but never really had to go on a meal plan. Just an info that I thought could help.

so can someone help me I am tired of being like this.

Thanks
Neo

Yup Ill help and say well your prob aint the training its the outside stressors. Not eating not resting life stress etc. You need to fix that stuff before you can get strong. etc. When one end is out of balance it throws all that other stuff off.

when one thing gets uber loaded you gotta back off the other. concentrate on fixing the other stuff make training money but very very brief until you have things lined out

stay strong

I had posted this question but with less specific on an other thread, I started my own thread because I didn’t want to clog up the other one.

rehabman28 told me that maybe it was adrenal fatigue, what do you all think? Anyway I checked it out and there a Q&A by Don Alessi and he says that you should, amongs other things, take TRIBEX to improve androgens and recovery. What do you think?

And if you say I should lay of training a bit and eat correctly, won’t I gain fat by doing so?

Thanks
