I am fixing to start Chad waterburys program and 3 times a week he calls for gpp, what exactly is gpp and what is a good gpp routine for someone who has never done it before, i searched gpp and nothing popped up that helped me i would greatly appreciate any help
U can basically use it for anything u want that isn’t too taxing on ur system
Personally i used it for abs and grip/forearm work while i was on the Waterbury method and saw good results. Sometimes i would switch it up and hit the speed bag, or do some body weight lunges. Look up Waterbury’s GPP ideas if u want to have the whole plan together… he recommends some stuff that is kinda fun and works pretty well.
Dig wholes, run hill; sprints swing a sledge hammer, carry heavy things etc etc etc be generally active and try and keep it fun. Your limited only by your imagination
