Help With Girlfriend's Goals

Hey. I’m 24, my girlfriend is 23. She’s just joined the gym about 6 months ago. She did a workout for about 4 weeks that a “trainer” had done for her but she didn’t like the results/soreness that went with it. It was a VERY intense workout, even for a beginner.

She wanted me to help her go ahead and find/develop a program. I don’t know very much about female training so i’ve been on here reading and trying to learn. I found Waterbury’s “Sexy Female Training.” She tried it for a couple of days but isn’t really sure about it. She doesn’t really like a couple of the exercises, primarily the overhead exercise band pulls.

I’m finally asking for help in determining what she needs to do to become a “milf.” She hasn’t had a child, yet, but maybe down the road. Her goal is to have a “banging” body now so that when we do finally, again, down the road, decide to have children, she’ll have a body she wants to get back.

We eat every meal together so our diet is pretty clean. I’m in very good shape myself but have workout programs that have proven results. She has about 15-20% body fat currently but doesn’t have a program that has given her good results thus far. She does cardio about twice per week at a moderate pace for 20-30 minutes.

What does she need to do to look like so many of you mothers that are smoking hot?

Please point me in some direction. Unfortunately, the trainers at my gym are not the best for women and typically work them the same as the male clients they have so are pretty much useless. Aside from that, the women they train have shown meager resuls over the past 6-12 months.

Thanks for your help in advance!!!

First step: have a child.

It is very important to understand the following true thing: women are not a special population. They are half (more, actually) of the population. With very, very few exceptions, they are trained in exactly the same way as men of the same age and level.[/quote]

NOooooooooooooooo…not yet. We are in no position to take that step. I’m about to finish up graduate school with a good amount of financial debt.

MWA forum.

If you read the forum attached to the Sexy Female Training you will discover that there is no reason why females should not train like males unless they are trying to accentuate a more feminine curve, which the SFT addresses. If your workout works, have her do it.

If she wants to makes sure she has curves, she can keep her bf a little higher.
