Help with Fat Loss

Hey all,

I’m preparing and gearing up to run my next AAS cycle but I’ve run into a problem. Due to my job, I cannot get any bigger. Currently, I’m 260lbs. With my next cycle being TE/TRE/DBOL, I’m bound to balloon up to 280+. Not good as this will raise red flags for sure. Plus, I’m already experiencing the effects of being too big for my britches…getting off the couch seems like an hour’s worth of overtime.

I’ve been incorporating cardio into the training. So far, I’ve just been doing about 15-20 minutes of cardio in the morning and 15-20 minutes after my training as my heart rate is already ramped up. I have not noticed any decrease in body fat since doing this for about 3 weeks or so.

I’ve spoke with a bodybuilder diet guru and he mentioned that with using the AAS compounds mentioned, I can cut about 10% fat in about 4-6 months. That’s without using any fat burners like GH, clen, or T3.

My question is…can you guys give me some insight to losing fat naturally as quick as possible without the assistance of AAS? About 10 years ago, I lost about 50 pounds in 8 months but I was eating everything under the sun and running at least 2-3 miles a day and swimming 3-5 times each week.

I eat a lot of starches but there is minimal sugar except for the banana I eat each morning as apart of my breakfast. I eat around 4000 calories a day with about 250-300grams of protein each day. I’m looking to come down about 5-10% bodyfat before starting my next cycle.

Here are my physical stats:

Height - 6 feet
Weight - 260 lbs.
Bodyfat % - 18 to 20%

Carb cycling seems to work pretty well for a lot of people.

Starches are High GI foods ie. they make you fat. You have to lose the idea that “sugars make you fat” as this is now known simply not to be true - many fruits, for example, are low GI foods despite being all sugar (fructose)

Bottom line: carb cycle and avoid high GI foods except post work out

Any ideas on what works best? I’ve read various things about carb cycling. Also, any insight on how much cardio to start with?

Use the Velocity Diet 3.0 calculator on Tnation to give you an idea of calories/macronutrient intake on different days for a carb cycling protocol.

Regarding cardio, 3x a week to start with at least (more times per week doesn’t hurt). Personally HIIT works best for me (skipping rope specifically), but whatever floats your boat I guess

expend more calories than you consume.
