I’ve just completed by bulking phase and am about to begin my cutting phase. For the next 8 weeks i will be using a fartlek (spelling?) program with my rugby team and i was wondering about my weight training. i’ve searched through some articles and have not found any conclusive ansewrs. Any advise woyuld be appreciated eg. sets, reps, rest time etc.
