Help With Carb Cycling

im 25 188cm tall and 120kg i think that my bmr is 3022. i so that would put me at 397g of protein and 331g carbs and 165g of fat each day. wanted to know if that was right . i read the carb cycling article and im not real clear on how many fats to intake. i know from the article it said 1.25g of carbs to lose weight and 1.5g of protein . so any help would be great
