Im going to start your carb cycling protocol and i had a question concerning the calories need.
im 5"9 160 and 25 years.
bmr would equal 1771+20% for gaining mass = 3399 calories
Moderate day
Protein = 160 x 1.5 = 240g
Carbs = 240g
From my calculations the fat is coming out to be 164g of fat. isn’t this a lot? am i calculating something wrong? for the example of a 220lb man who should get 330g of protein and carbs and 121g of fat shouldn’t my fat be less than his because i weigh less or am i missing something here?
