Around 7 years ago I broke my left elbow rather severely and was in a full-arm cast for ~6 months; my left arm atrophied like hell.
I have been working out ever since, but as I progressed, I noticed that while my left arm lagged, the left side of my body overcompensated.
Now, I have a bigger right arm than left, but my right pec, lat and surprisingly enough, erector are all lagging.
What started as an imbalance between my arms has grown into an imbalance across nearly my entire body. I know that unilateral work can help bring my pec and lat back up to speed, but I have no idea how to unilaterally stimulate my right spinal erector.
Any wisdom?
