Help Reaching Goals

I just turned 18 , I am 5’10 and I weigh about 173 lbs. My goals are to not add mass but to get to a lean 160 maybe 165. I am a soccer player but I am but in training any more because I finished highschool. So I thought I would concentrate more on my leaning out training. Many of you might think this is skinny but its where I feel comfortable at.

Does anyone one have opinions on how to get to my goals? I was looking at some programs like the Art of Waterbury, Waterbury summer project, big boy basics, and final frontier but I dont know which to pick and which would allow me to use the t-dawg diet 2.0.

Really simple train hard and smart with a good program and eat less eat to lose a bit of weight.

Concentrate on money exercises and going pretty heavy to preserve strength.

You say you play soccer so I’m assuming you run a lot. If you’re trying to lean out I agree you should just cut your calories and train yourself with explosive and compound movements, continuing running would also make the process much easier for you as well. Good luck with your goals.
