Help Please Dr Says I Have Gyno

I just got back from the Dr’s office and he says I have gyno. I have no idea how I have it. I have not done any cycles or anything for that matter. He has ordered a full blood work up on my free test and estrogen levels. WTF how can I have this. All I have done is work out well and eat well. Sorry if I come out as a whiney dweeb but this has me very upset. I want to get this under control ASAP so surgery is not needed.

Repeat …never done a cycle.

Should I get myself some Arimidex and run 0.25 E0D?

Did your doctor prescribe anything for you to take for the gyno?

Calm down…
It’s not all that uncommon to get it during puberty.
I got it in my teens and still have a little case of it.
Adex isnt going to do anything. Nolva or letro may help but it depends on how long you have had it.
Using myself as an example, I’ve had it for 10 years or better, so at this point I don’t believe nolva would even touch it and Letro would have to be run for an extended period of time. I think the negative effects would far outweigh the positive in my case.

Do you notice it looking in the mirror? Do your nipples look puffy and can you feel lumps under them?

No all he did was get some blood work done. He said there is nothing that can be done about it. I really don’t accept that answer from him considering what I already know from reading on here. He kept grilling me about AAS use. I told him the truth but I think he doesn’t believe me.

Yes, Yesterday for some reason my nipples started to itch. I never thought much of it. Then they got sore. I was like wtf. So I made an appointment early in the morning. And the Dr looked and said yep there is tissue growth. If you really look you can see it.

This just started. So nolva might be the answer to halt this? Running it at what 30mgs? Maybe I can suggest this to my Dr. The worst he could say is no.

Nolva could definitely help if it has just started. How old are you? I wouldn’t do anything before talking to the doc and getting your blood work results though.

I don’t think Nolva or A-dex will shit at this point. It doesn’t reverse it. The only thing that works to reverse gyno is Letro and its not guaranteed. I know a couple people that used it successfully for this. Letro is a much more powerful AI than adex. Surgery would be be the most effective of coarse.

This just started. And I am 32. I have links to get some locally I think. Although its really expensive compared to online prices.

Letro also helped a buddy of mine remove some of his delayed gyno from a previous stint with M1Ts.

I’ll trust that you’ve never done a cycle or taken any prohormones and assume that you look like you lift. I think you have to confront your doc. 99% of people who look like you do and come in with gyno have prob misused steroids. you have to realize your doc thinks that, and he is practicing the best medicine by trying to get you to admit that you’ve used. If you have, be honest. It’s the best way to go. Honestly, for me it’s a little weird that you have a dosing protocol and source all ready to go.

If you really haven’t used, tell him you know what he’s thinking. Detail your training and eating habits - throw out any medical terms you know like anabolic, ketogenic, omega-3s, what LDL and HDL stand for, etc. What do you do for a living? Science, engineering, accounting? Make him think of you as a peer.

There’s a LOT of things that could be wrong with you if you develop gyno out of the blue.
Tons of cancers, poisonings. Make sure they’re not missing those.

Dirtbag, chill bro, I just went through this and you must have missed my log. Nolva took care of my shit in a couple of weeks to the point that it's not noticeable at all, doesn't itch, isn't painful, and feels/looks like it did before the shit even hit me.

I took a 60mg blast the first day, then went on 40mg a day divided twice for about a week and a half or two weeks tops, noticed it was much improved and then tapered off it at 30mg a day for about 3 days, then 20 for 2 or 3 days and finally 10mg for a couple days. I divided the dose until it got to be at the 20mg dose, then once a day. It's remained in check and looks/feels great now. I had the hard nipples, hard lumps under, and the pain at the onset, just no puffy nips. I was shittin bricks just like you and now I'm a happy mofo.

If you hit it quick this should work for you as well. Otherwise I would advise if it doesn't, then hit a letro protocol, taper off that, and then another nolva protocol and taper to finish off with no rebounds from either compound.

Don't worry bro, you'll be ok.

                    ToneBone

P.S. You say you never did a cycle…Have you taken ANY prohormone products at all?
Thanks Tone.

Well the only thing I have taken is tribulus stack with nothing else like andro or anything like that in it just all herbs. ZMA and whey/egg/casien protien blend with BCAA in them. I doubt its the tribulus stack cause I have been taking them for a 2 years now. ZMA is just some zinc and other vits. I get paid on tuesday so I am going to hit my buddies up for some nolv.

Yeah I seen my Dr about a year ago and he noticed I have been putting on a great deal of weight compared to before. But the thing he doesn’t take into account is that I was a huge drug head. I was skinny and sickly. I went from 150ish to 190 in a low period of time to him. But its been almost 3 years of steady good solid training. I am not huge or anything to my eyes just average.

I have been up front and told him everything the creatine (got a lecture about that from him). Whey protien and tribulus. He get his blessing on almost everything I am doing. That was a year ago.

Then about 3 months ago I started feeling drained and tired and moody all the time. I wanted to sleep like bear in winter. Specially when I ate. He sent me for blood work ups and sleep clincs. Everything looked normal. Then this started to happen.

I have admited to him. I thought about taken AAS. But I was making good progress at the gym and never did it.

My profession is an IT guy. I doubt that would have an impact on him. He has an ego about his practice. So its hard to suggest things to him once he makes up his mind. I feel the blood test will be usefull and give me lots of info on my levels. But he will just say your on your own good luck.

Wow, that sucks dirtbag. It’s too bad that so many of these dickheads get that attitude about people who are their patients. They don’t want any input from you unfortunately, and that contributes to them making assinine diagnosis’s and other irritating comments etc.

Fuck that guy, get a different doctor. You don't need him "judging" you. You've told him the truth, and he's obviously pre-judgemental towards the "lifting folk" out there. Get that nolva from your friend and either get a new doc's diagnosis/blood tests, or start taking the nolva and get the tests later. Preferably get the new doc/tests first, but I understand the desire to get rid of the shit too.

Try the protocol I mentioned or pm me if you want any other details on it.

                  good luck dude,
                   ToneBone

p.s. take what Horatio said seriously too though.
Exactly.
That just shows even more what a shithole this country is when it comes to physical fitness. If you are lean and at all muscular then you must be a druggie roid head with schriveled up balls and liver cancer that is going to flip out and kill someone if they look at you wrong. But if you are 50lbs overweight, have a beer gut and saggy man titties then you are normal.
Like TB said, fuck him. Find another Doc.

Man gyno issues are so difficult to pinpoint out. I just read an article that says in the US over 30 “supplements” where found to contain traces of steroids.

Not saying that you got ripped, but any combination of supplements taken over a long period of time can cause hormonal shifts.

Also, at 32 you are bound to have some estrogen changes. I know my first bout with those shifts was when I was 27, but I had a really freaky motorcycle accident. The doctor who operated on me explained that after a serious accident test lowers in men and that its fairly common but theres no studies done as to the reasons.

Is your gyno problems serious? Is the areola puffed. I have read about letro taking care of this, however I haven’t seen any sucess stories. But, I have seen many with gyno surgery. No big deal.

not to hijack the thread or anything, but does plastic surgery for gyno leave any noticible scars… scars, marks, un even tissue etc.??

Its very slight and it just started. If I flex in the mirror I can see it …but relaxed unless your looking for it you would never know its there. There is bumps and glands and hardness and soreness and they itch like poison oak sometimes. But it comes and goes. I have not have a symptom in 1 or 2 days.

I checked that out and if you have a good Dr, who has some skill in this area. You would have the same amount as a women that got a boob job. You can notice it a bit but only up close and really personal. Unless you have a butcher then yeah you will notice.

So the doctor ‘examined’ the ara without actually touching it? Wow.

Nah he felted my nips and moved them all around and looked at the side profile then said yep. Thats gyno.

Not that I know of. I just take in what I listed earlier in the thread.

Hahahahah …yeah just what I have always wanted to do. Eat those. Nah …no wife or girlfriend. Just some poon on the side.

Have Anxiety/Panic attacks from previous drug abuse. But no episodes in a long time.

I was tested for everything under the sun. Sugars, creatine, thyroid, Blood count. I remember that he checked almost everything on the list. Everything came back normal he said.

Good luck with the investigation. Unfortunately, because your doctor seems tohave jumped to the incorrect conclusion that it is steroid induced gyno, he may never be inclined to consider this case properly, but lets hope he does pull his finger out.

Bushy
I can only hope he will come to a conclusion that is correct. Its not like I can switch Dr’s cause there is a shortage of them here. Nobody is taken patients. I would have switched a long time ago.

go get a second opinion
