I used to be pretty fat when younger and now i am left with some loose skin on my chest. I am looking to have it removed with surgery. I heard that there will be a small scar after the surgery. However whenever i see pro bodybuilders they dont have any scars. They get gyno removed all the time. Whats up with that?
