HELP - Need Suggestions!

Hey…

So I’m pretty new to posting on forums. Hopefully this one works, haha. Anyways…

I started swimming competitively when I was 11, and eventually throughout college. Once I graduated, I kind of fell out of training and really want to start again. Does anyone have any suggestions for circuits, workouts, weights, etc. that might be helpful? I don’t really know how to start back up… It’s a lot harder without a coach to make a schedule for me!

Jim Wendler’s 5/3/1/ program has worked well for me. It is a easy program to follow.

How experienced are you with lifts like Squats/Cleans/Deadlifts?
