…and suck in a bunch of air right before photo… You’ll be looking like Demi Moore in her cover mag when she was prego, in no time…

You want to OVERFILL glycogen stores. This will lead to spillover, which will result in some fat gain but will also cause you to look very smooth and soft.
IMO you do not want caffine as it is a diuretic which may (and this is very dependant on the individual - caffine and other stims make me hold subQ water) cause you to dry out.
Personally I think you should have experimented with this all beforehand.

Caffeine dries the shit out of me, thus why I would take it on Friday causing my body to think it’s in a drought a couple of days before I begin to increase salt and decrease water to further the effect. I guess I should probably move the caffeine to Thursday and Friday maybe, or should I not use it at all.
My initial thought process on the caffeine is that I can use it prior to the dry out stage to make my body think it’s in a drought so to speak so that when I move on to manipulate salt and decrease water intake, my body will already be accepting of the idea of holding onto water (to increase the concentration of anti diuretic hormone, BEFORE i even begin to mess with sodium and water intake). If I use it too close to the event it would be bad but I doubt caffeine’s drying out effects last for more than a day. Also I’m thinking 30 oz of water may be a little low on Sat and Sun, but we’ll see. I doubt even 40-50 oz is enough to flush out 10+ grams of salt.
I don’t know what your frame looks like, but you could try it out now and see. Eat a TON of beans, you might be uncomfortable but I know I add a good 6 inches on my 31 inch waist from gas. not sure how much fatter youll LOOK but its worth a try…
That sounds pretty interesting. I’ll try a test run of this tonight. My GF is gonna hate it!
The coffee recommendation was for overkill to cause cortisol to rise. Same with fish oil, the inflammatory pathways and cortisol are linked.
Over the course a few days, the buildup around your umbilical region is mostly reversible by stopping the metabolic assault. As you do not respond the same way to caffeine overuse, it is probably a poor strategy.
I have found that initially any changes in skinfolds in the umbilical and suprailliac region are mostly due to water shifts when baseline diet is altered. This seems to hold true for restrictive and surplus diets.
I was going for the do everything wrong shotgun approach, as opposed to Bushy’s peaking fatness without actually being that fat approach. As he points out, practice would make perfect, and in an ideal world…
I would recommend having a lot of beans, then have some carbonated water as a drink.
BAM! Gastrointestional gas production = 5 inches to your waist!
Although you would need some softness too, as this may make you have a ‘gut of steel’.
Also good news, is that you will be so uncomfortable when this happens, that you WILL look like shit for the photo shoot, and make your before picture look really bad.
