Help - Lots and lots of help

FT welcome to the forum.

If i can make one suggestion, THROW OUT THE F**K’N SCALE!!! This was a big challenge for me so i know what i am saying. But it only serves to confuse and confound your efforts in the short term. Your body doesn’t adapt over night so your weight loss should only be measured once a month if at all. I train for MMA and weight is important to me at times but i had to stop obsessing as it was ruining my training efforts. So now i check it once a month just to make sure i am not “putting on the beef” so to speak. but i can judge now by the mirror roughly what my weight is.

Secondly hang in there this time last year i was a very fat 225lbs and now i hover under 200lbs ( at 5’8" being a heavy weight didn’t appeal to me ). I know weight loss is a long and tough battle and unfortunately it seems as though life is against it at times. Self-discipline, perserverance, and determination.

PS look into Renegade Training it has helped me in too many ways to count.
