Hi all, I need help locating an article that I read recently. It deals with the basic premise of on an excercise doing like 6 reps at a certain tempo(3-0-1) then on the next set doing the same excercise but at like 8 reps with a different tempo(5-0-5).
I thought it was really interesting so could somebody PLEASE HELP ME FIND IT.
