Can’t recall the name (obviously) but each session had 3x8 on squat, bench and deadlift (?) not sure as I believe there were options but these 3x8 were done regardless of the muscle group being trained that day. Anyone with a deep memory? Tried wayback machine but came up empty. Thanks in advance

@Voxel , although that program does what I’m inquiring about, that’s not the one. It wasn’t a forum post, it was an article released probably 7-8 years ago. I’m finding many of these training programs, that once promoted Anaconda, Mag-10, I3G, etc, have vanished. But thank you.
