Sup Rock. This rate my physique has already led to some interesting threads. I don’t understand T-Nation. They don’t want newbies posting pics on the one hand and then they give em this feature. Makes for good entertainment though.
But you smucks are too funny. If it were true, she was asking for advice and none of you gave her any. So either you were smart and did not feel like wasting your time or you are a bunch of horny double standard knuckle heads.
You callin me a schmuck? Easy to do behind a computer screen big guy…
cause if I hit you, you would definately know it…because I’d be running after I did it!
Actually, I think you’ll find that he called you “smuck” if you look carefully…
Honestly, who gives a shit? It’s a picture of a Physique. If the OP isn’t the person in the picture, what do they gain from this? And how would it hurt you to rate the photos regardless?

With a cloud of dust behind you, huh.
A torrid conservative shock and awe tornado would follow my steps!

If it were a guy posting pics like this with minimal stats/goals/etc… then MOST people would give a shit and would all be up in arms.
Like mentioned before, the double standard on T-Nation is a little ridiculous. I’m not saying let the 150lb frat boys post their Hot or Not pics, but certainly don’t praise the girls for doing the same.

I dont understand why people get all pissy when some skinny punk posts a pic. does it harm you in some way? if its so terrible then why do people respond? just ignore it.
if your internet is so slow that your losing minutes from your day just by clicking on the thread, then i dare say its time for an upgrade good sir.
and finally, if it causes some problem on the site where these extra pointless pictures are taking up valuable space, then allow the mods to deal with that, because you posting on the stupid ass threads just bumps them. ignore it and let it fade into oblivion.
O.K. so the video was a sick joke. It’s just a picture but i wanted to give you a back view to help me out. Thanks for all the encouragement and the undies are from Victoria’s Secret.
I really would like more leg definiton and am willing to work really hard. Diet is very Berardi based all year round. Still need feedback on external oblique to lat. area. Thanks again for all the positive posts!!!
Well, while the pics are great, you may want to give us a better, more assessable picture. Maybe more lighting in a figure pose or something.
I’m more of a strength athletics guy myself, but I remember a couple things that Dr. John Berardi mentioned in his fitcast podcast over jsut this stubborn leg fat thing…
He noticed that athletes under his care got leaner in different places depending on the type of cardio he had them on. People who did a lot of high intensity interval running/sprinting got leaner in their midsections and upper body relative to their legs. Those athletes who did a lot of cycling sprints for cardio got leaner in their legs relative to their abdominal and upper body. So you may want to do a larger proportion of your cardio on cycle sprints.
He mentioned that there were a couple topical creams that seemed to work fairly. One he mentioned was Lipoderm. BUT he laid a couple prerequisites on the effective use of said cream…I just can’t remember what they are at the moment. Check out his thread in the author’s locker room for a link to the fitcast. It’s a good way through the interview though.

So out of all you T-Nation supporters of increased size and strength I get ONE post I can actually use…COME ON!!! Get over the pic’s and give a girl something useful. I know you got more to give on external oblique to lat. definition and aren’t giving it up. Let me hear what you are made of, hit me with something real.

No offense, but if you want decent advice, you’re in the wrong forum. Some people on this site aren’t crazy about Rate My Physique and have that ignored in their site customization, so they can’t see your post even if they could help you. My suggestion is to post again in Bodybuilding or Muscle with Attitude, and don’t include your pictures. Especially not the second “video” one, seriously.
